"Who's house do we go to this year?" "I don't get along with my in-laws!" "Your parents aren't accepting of our family." "Do we honor our chosen family or birth familu?" This workshop will offer discussion, strategies and tips for navigating the holidays.  Our speaker will be Alapaki Yee who (with his partner Salvatore Garanzini) founded the Gay Couples Institute (GCI). GCI introduces supportive and therapeutic services to same-sex couples.
He will discuss what makes a satisfying relationship and some of the unique stresses in gay couple's relationships that they have found through years of working with gay couples in individual and couple's therapy and workshops.
